Mrs Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor, JP, Secretary for Development of the Hong Kong Government, will deliver an official speech inaugurating the third edition of MIPIM Asia during a formal opening ceremony. Her speech will be followed by a tour inside the exhibition hall to cheer on the exhibitors and see the outstanding projects showcasing at this year's MIPIM Asia.
