It's a well-known fact that some of the most ambitious and high quality projects are currently being developed in the Asia-Pacific region. In 2007, seven of the best projects received industry recognition at the MIPIM Asia Awards. For the second time, MIPIM Asia Awards will return to reward excellence in Asian property. MIPIM Asia Awards overview

The MIPIM Asia Awards will recognize Asia Pacific’s most unique and outstanding real estate projects in terms of innovation and technical, environmental or architectural qualities in the following categories:

  • Business centres
  • Hotels and tourism resorts
  • Mixed used buildings
  • Residential developments
  • Shopping centres
  • Green buildings
  • Futura projects (for projects not yet in progress)

Two additional awards will be attributed: the Special Jury Award based on a choice made by the jury and the Participants' Choice Award given out to the project having collected the more votes.

A jury comprised of international experts will select 3 nominees in each category, 21 projects in all, and the MIPIM Asia participants will ultimately have the opportunity to vote for their favorite projects during the show. The winners will be unveiled at the Awards Ceremony which will take place on 20 November at 18.30.

How to enter the awards?

These awards are an invaluable opportunity to promote your real estate development on an international scale, guarantee instant industry recognition for your business and maximize your company’s exposure to key players. Winning an award could be the ultimate exposure you need for your developments.

Submit your entries now by returning the pre-selection form before 4 August 2008 to Aurélie Prouillac.

All the short-listed finalist projects will be in the spotlight throughout the show, on www.mipimasia.com, onsite in the dedicated awards gallery area and also in various e-newsletters, press releases and publications. The winners will receive ultimate recognition at the prestigious Awards Ceremony.

The competition is open to all companies, regardless of whether or not you have registered to attend MIPIM Asia. You can enter any of your projects built in the Asia-Pacific region, between 30 November 2007 and 30 November 2008 except for the Futura projects category.
