关于MIPIM Asia 大奖

亚太地区一些正在开发的建筑项目备受瞩目。去年，七个项目得到了房地产行业的高度认可，并赢得了当届亚洲香港“国际地产投资交易会”大奖。大会将在2008年继续展现亚太地区涌现的最佳建筑项目。现在就申请参加吧，让更多人关注您的项目！

亚洲香港“国际地产投资交易会”大奖概况

依据创新及技术、环保、建筑质量等评判标准，亚洲香港“国际地产投资交易会”大奖将从以下7种房屋类型中评选出独具特色的建筑项目：

  • 商业中心
  • 酒店与旅游度假村
  • 综合性多功能建筑
  • 住宅
  • 购物中心
  • 绿色建筑
  • 未来项目（指尚未动工的建筑项目）

此外，还将增设两个特别奖项，分别是根据评审团意见选出的“评审团特别奖”及由参选单位投票选出的“观众评选特别奖”。

由国外专家组成的评审团将从每个评选类别中选出3个提名项目 （7个类别共21个项目），再由参选单位投票选出他们最中意的项目。奖项得主将在11月20日下午6:30分 举办的颁奖典礼上揭晓。

The votes

A jury comprised of international experts will select 3 nominees in each category, 21 projects in all, and the MIPIM Asia participants will ultimately have the opportunity to vote for their favorite projects during the show. The winners will be announced on November 20, 2008 at a prestigious ceremony followed by a cocktail party.

In addition, a special jury prize will be awarded and, new this year, the project with the most votes will receive a ‘Participants' Choice Award.’
